The use of personally identifiable details

Information on or via the site should be accessible without having to provide personally identifiable details such as name, postal address, email address…

If the user is requires access to other services (such as further information, reservations, access to the member’s area or subscription to a newsletter) s/he may be asked for personal details, primarily contact details. If this is the case, the user is informed that their details are treated in accordance with the Law of the 8th December 1992 concerning the use of personally identifiable details. This ensures that:
  • Your personally identifiable details must be collected and treated in accordance with the purposes indicated at the time of collection.
  • You have the right to access and modify your personal details in order to update them or correct errors. To this end you can contact the person responsible for the use of your information, whose contact details can be found below.
  • The regional authority undertakes to do everything possible to secure personally identifiable details and ensure 3rd parties do not misuse them.

Use of information relating to navigation for statistical purposes
